I can't wait to get out there for a gob tasting. I continue to try my hand at these with some decent success, though I can't get two the same shape and size. So I'm in awe that you manage to have two sizes. Recently, I put some melted dark chocolate in my batter with the cocoa and was really happy with the flavor. I wish you continued good luck.
